Ann-Phillips Mayfield is a 1999 graduate of Transylvania University. She received her B.S.in Political Science and is a Chi Omega Alumni. She currently serves as President of Baby Health Service, Treasurer of the Lexington Children's Theatre, Co-chair of the St. Peter & Paul School Mardi Gras Auction and on the March of Dimes Signature Chef Auction Executive Leadership Committee.
She also serves as a member of Session of First Presbyterian Church and is the Convener of the Resources Commission overseeing Property, Finance, Stewardship & Endowment. She volunteers for the LOGOS children's program and serves on the Personnel Committee.
She has previously served as a member of the Board of Deacons, the Mission Commission, the Pastor Nominating Committee, the Pastor Evaluation Team, the St. Joseph Hospital STARS Foundation and was the 2005 Lexington Junior Women's Club Young Woman of the Year Recipient.
She and her husband Jay, reside in downtown Lexington with their children Murphy and Holman.
