Description: We’re pleased to announce our plans for our newest addition to downtown Lexington, Main + Vine! This attractive, three-story mixed-use project will be located at the intersection of Main St., Vine St., and Midland Avenue.

We’re thrilled to formally step into the role of developer for this site, and work toward producing a mixed-use project worthy of this great downtown gateway.

We anticipate having a combination of retail and restaurant uses on the first floor, with office use in the attractive building near the “point”, where Main, Vine, and Midland all meet. We’re also in the exploratory stages of researching a possible rooftop dining area on the eastern end of the building (the portion of the building closest to Midland Ave.). Imagine the great views overlooking Thoroughbred Park from this site.

The design of the building intentionally evokes images of our award-winning Main & Rose mixed-use project, located just across Main St.

It is our belief that this will serve as the beginning of a “district” feel for this important end of downtown, and will encourage future development in this area to adhere to similarly high standards of design excellence.

We have partnered with the city to ensure that the “point” will contain a gateway fixture for Lexington’s exciting new Town Branch Commons linear park.
